Horizontal ribbon blender is widely used in chemical, battery materials , paints, dyes , pesticides , pharmaceuticals , food, feed ,additives , other sectors of the powder and solid , powder and liquid mixture . Horizontal ribbon mixer has high efficiency with low power consumption.
MAIN FEATURE
a.Our fish feed ribbon blender/mixer is very suitable for dry gentle mixing with low liquid addition and can achieve a CV≤7% within 6-8 minutes or less depending upon the type of materials.
b.Outer ribbon push the material from the two ends towards the center of trough/barrel and inner ribbon push the material from center to the outer ends.This arrangement moves and turns the whole materials to & fro up& down,leaving no pockets of unmixed material and giving a thorough blending in the shortest possible time.
c.The design of big open door ensures quick discharging and little material residue.
d. Can be equipped with several spray nozzle for liquid adding.
e. The raw material of the mixer can be carbon steel or stainless steel according to customers’ requirements.
