PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dryer is usually used to dry fish feed or pet food.It is one of the key equipment in the production line.The energy for steam dryer is steam.
The dryer has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality.
Working principle
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt. Driven by the motor, the material smoothly convey from the inlet section to the outlet section,then complete the whole drying process.
Through the circulating fan, the hot air passes through the steam ex-changer to transfer the heat and dry the material in specific temperature. At the same time,the wet air is taken away by induced draft fan.
First through steam heat ex-changer,the air is heated to the required temperature, then contact with the mesh belt and complete the heat transfer process.After that the air temperature will decrease,at the contrary the moisture content will increase. Some part of wet air is taken away by induced draft fan,the rest part is mixed with supplement of normal air circulation for the next drying and make full use of energy.
The temperature and humidity in the chamber can be controlled by the combination of moisture discharge and steam supply.
MAIN FEATURE
1. Transmission system:
The system adopts the combined structure of motor (variable frequency speed regulation) ,reducer and chain drive. The belt speed is adjusted by the running frequency of the motor.
2. Belt conveying system:
(1) The conveying system is composed of driving wheel, driven pulley, conveying chain, tension device, strut and net belt.
(2) The chains on both sides are connected by jack stay. The sprocket wheel and Angle steel track are positioned, and the mesh belt is fixed on the bracing rods to run synchronously with the chains and bracing rods. The driving wheel is installed on the discharge side.
3. Drying room:
The drying chamber consists of two parts: the main drying chamber and the air duct. The main drying chamber is equipped with an observation device.
The hot air circulation fan is installed in the air duct. It conveys part of the dried air from upper chamber to the lower,Through the radiator to dry the products and finish drying process.At the same time, some fresh air is inhaled.
4. Dehumidification system:
After the hot air in each drying chamber completes the heat and mass transfer, the temperature drops, the air humidity increases, and the drying capacity decreases. Therefore, part of the exhaust gas should be discharged in time. After the air is collected from the wet outlet to the wet main pipe, it is discharged to the outdoor in time by the negative pressure of the induced fan of the wet exhaust system.
5. Fresh air supplement system:
Fresh air is replenished at the same time as dehumidity.
6. Temperature control:
(1) Steam controls solenoid valve and controls the temperature stability in each drying section.
(2) The unit manual valve is mainly designed according to the bimetallic thermometer.
