PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.The counter flow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced direct touching between cool air and hot pellets;
2.Cooling volume is enlarged, cooling time is extended and cooling effect is greatly improved;
3.Airlock feeder is adopted for feeding to avoid the air crossing at the feeding inlet, result in good cooling effect;
4.There is an adjustable built-in taper spreader, resulting in even distribution of pellets;
5.The cooler is made of stainless steel, resulting in high corrosion-resistance and long service life;
6.Suitable for cooling of any granular products.
MAIN FEATURE
1. This machine adopts the counter flow cooling principle to cool down pellets with high temperature and high moisture content. This cooling method can avoid the sudden cooling because of the direct contact between the cold air and materials . which will prevent the surface cracking of the pellets.

7. We also provide cooler with panel turnover discharging system for your choice. The hydraulic driven discharging mechanism is usually used for cooling the extruded or expanded materials .
